Evaluations

MWSE offers many different types of court ordered evaluations. You MUST bring a current copy of your police report and background check. You may purchase a copy of your background report from CBI at this website: CBI Records check

There are many different types of Evaluations available through this agency. Please note the appropriate evaluation before scheduling an intake.

• Mental Health Evaluations are $ 450.00
• Substance Abuse Evaluations are $ 200.00
• Anger Management Evaluations are $ 200.00
• Domestic Violence Evaluations are waiting for an update from the Standards Comittee. Please check back often as we will update as soon as we know.
