Saturday and Sunday 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Male UA monitoring hours are: ** Male monitoring hours are generally 2 pm – 8 pm or otherwise specified on the Color Line** The breathalyzer monitoring intake is $ 10.00 The UA monitoring intake is $10.00 Each breathalyzer is $ 1.35, or $36.50 for 30 BA's if paid in advance. Urine analysis testing cost is as follows; ETG/ETS $26.00 1 Panel Test $5.00 2 Panel Test $6.00 3 Panel Test $7.00 5 Panel Test $9.00 7 Panel Test $11.50 Saliva Tests $7.00 - $9.50 Please call (303) 665-7037 for questions about any additional specific court related requirements.
